As we look towards the year ahead, we also took some time to look back at what we accomplished in 2020.
Projects:
We’ve had a busy year at Studio 78, as we continue to provide a wide range of services from websites to digital signage to maintenance support requests. After tallying our completed projects for 2020 here are our numbers:

Our COVID-19 Experience:
Early in 2020, we experienced a mandatory statewide shutdown. In response to this, Studio 78 implemented a Virtual Private Network, thus allowing our employees to work from home while continuing to serve our clients’ needs. While it was a bit of an adjustment at first, we were able to complete tasks and assignments on time.
We were very pleased that by following our Business Continuity Plan our quality of services to our clients were unaffected. Throughout the pandemic, we were able to support our clients’ businesses by providing their ongoing announcements and important updates through their websites, digital signage screens, social media, and blogs.
Websites and Blogs:
We continue to uphold our platinum quality standards in website accessibility, through maintaining our websites according to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and continuing our education on ADA standards. Our accessibility audit partners recognize us for our expertise and experience in this area. This has resulted in additional benefits and cost savings that are passed on to our clients. Our goal is to be recognized as a website development agency of choice for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.
In addition to our website projects, in 2020 we completed 4 new blog landing pages that integrate seamlessly with their current websites, providing an editable area for the client to be able to publish a range of content from company announcements to newsletters. These custom blogs also follow the same accessibility guidelines as the website.
Digital Signage Migration:
Last year we began a migration of our digital signage clients to a new digital signage platform that offers advanced editing features and industry-standard hardware. At the close of this year, we have successfully migrated 7 complete clients to our new digital signage system, as well as installed 2 new digital signage displays for clients with expanding productions.
This includes a free-standing touchscreen kiosk with customized WayFinding to help visitors find their way around a facility.

What’s in Store for 2021?
In our 20th anniversary year, we are looking forward to completing our digital signage migration to the new software platform. When we are complete with this task we will have nearly 50 players located in 4 states all connected by our Studio 78 Private Network.
We have already launched a new strategy for assisting our client’s online marketing and communications efforts. More services to support web content development, SEO, inbound marketing, and social media strategies will be forthcoming. We are excited about what 2021 will bring about!
